Product Users (Merchants)

When merchants use our fraud screening extensions, the extensions process checkout data (customer IP address, email, billing and shipping addresses) to perform fraud screening through MaxMind's minFraud service. This data is:

  Sent to MaxMind's minFraud API for risk scoring (governed by MaxMind's Privacy Policy)

  Recorded in the extension's log files on the merchant's server, with configurable retention periods
• •
  Temporarily stored in cache and velocity tracking tables on the merchant's server, automatically cleared after configured time periods

WolfPaw does not have access to data processed by extensions running on merchant servers. Data processing occurs between the merchant's server and MaxMind. The merchant is the data controller; WolfPaw provides the software tool.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

With respect to our fraud screening products: fraud prevention is explicitly permitted under the CCPA as an activity that prevents security incidents and resists fraudulent or illegal activity.
